The speaker will provide examples, process, evaluation and completion of the move from OEM contracts to in-house management of imaging equipment.

Dave Francoeur has over 30 years of proven business, technical, leadership and operational management experience. He has worked at several companies within health care covering all aspects of the profession. His areas of experience in the HTM space include in-house, insurance, manufacturing and independent service organizations. His comprehensive knowledge in the HTM field is the contributing factor to his success in leadership roles. His passion is to infuse new ideas, challenge the status quo and take business system performance and productivity to the next level. His contributions to the profession include serving as president of five different local biomedical societies, chair of the United States Certification Committee, founding member and chair of the Technology Management Committee. He currently sits on the board of AAMI as well as many other industry-supporting activities.
